Prayers for Our Daughters by Raven Halfmoon

Prayers for Our Daughters by Raven Halfmoon

“For the Caddo, tobacco smoke carries prayers up to the heavens to be heard and answered.

This piece is tattoed with an upward arrow to push up and forward our next generation.

May we raise strong sons and daughters to speak our truth and share our stories and histories that have been silenced in the past.”
